FOUNDER/DIRECTOR

Rick has become seasoned senior level designer with fine arts schooling with functional creative dexterity taking on roles of Art Director, Project Manager, Brand Strategist Audience Researcher among others. He's carved a niche for himself in the early biopharma startup space working alongside life science visionaries to design/tell compelling  human health stories.  Rick's work has resulted in important client acquisitions new marketed products 

Additionally, Rick collaborates with his biopharma clients to  establish critical internal company brand over time - including the creation of educational programming content that drives successful clinical trials implementation across the globe.

Our business model is nimble.  In collaboration we tailor a team to fit our clients by identifying area of expertise, style, kind and scope of work and match to projects aims. 

 

OUR WORK

It's a given that work highlighted on this site arose from an iterative process as expressed over time - from rough to finished product with the goal of creating an evolving, living brand. Visual and verbal "sketch work" is built into our process throughout and measured against a variety of audience litmus tests - both as a function of audience research and ongoing performance monitoring to understand what works now and what's next.

 

Many startup biopharma companies have engaged us for instructional design to develop clinical research training programs. Concurrent with these efforts, we've successfully launched a cloud hosted knowledge support platform designed to enrich learning for clinical teams.  The commercial 1.0 version was released in 2018.
